ASE -Industrial OEM at Gurgaon/Noida

We are currently hiring ASE-Northern Region for a fortune 500 company.

Designation : Area Sales Executive - Northern Region

Location : Gurgaon / NOIDA

Reporting to : Business Manager – OEM & APC India

Primary Function:

- To achieve the business objectives set for the region. Primarily for the sales and collection targets for Northern Region customers of Automotive Plastic Coatings and Industrial OEM. Good forecasting of products, key account management with excellent relationship with customers.

Brief Job Description :

1. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets by formulating sales plan and plan on account receivables.

2. To demonstrate Core Values in professional & personal life and to maintain the same for team members.

3. Manage OEM and Key Accounts in the B2B mode , like the Tier I & II of OEMs , including business expansion.

4. Further develop business in the area by winning new OEM / Industrial accounts.

5. Manage service requirements of key customers in the assigned region.

6. Proper demand Planning & Forecasting .

7. Managing team of Sales & technical associates .

8. Maintain relationship with key persons of OEM’s.

9. Responsible for Inventory control and planning for proactive liquidation of non / slow moving items and account receivables as per the organization norms.

10. Responsible for over all business development in region

11. Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities

12. To use competitive intelligence and to increase the business share in market or at the customer place.

Education Qualification & Years of Experience required :

- MBA / Degree in paint technology / Chemical Engineering, experience in sales preferably in paints or automotive after market.

Minimum Skills Required:

- Computer literate, should know Hindi & English. Good presentation skills
