- He would be responsible to develop and lead a team of Medical Representatives,identify and establish networks of hospitals and doctors & pushing maximize sales.

- Conducting market drives to ensure flawless execution in visibility & availability of products

- Conducting market research in order to gain competition intelligence

- Strategizing business plans in the territory zone wise, RD wise by tracking the current trend & last year base, engaging relevant stakeholders,

- Coaching & development of team on quarterly basis
