- Handling a team.

- Developing Sustainable Infra and Distribution expansion.

- Strategy execution for market share development.

- Brand distribution in the uncovered markets.

- Driving the Brand promotional/Brand Awareness activities.

- Planning and working towards fulfilling company's growth in terms of volume and Rupee value in both primary and secondary sales.

- Ensuring all code of ethics are implemented with zero tolerance

- Ensure inventory hygiene is maintained at all CFA's, Distributors & in Trade.

- Maintaining overall system and streamlining operations.

- Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share

- Maintain & enhance modern trade channel relations

- Controlling and minimizing company expenses.

- Managing C & FA Depot Operation

- Training & Developing Man Power Reporting To Me.

- Develop A Healthy Relationship Among Business Associates.
