- Responsible for Retail stores Area across the entire territory.  - Responsible for P&L of the whole Area across for company owned and franchise stores.  - Responsible for finding New Locations and expanding the Stores across all areas.  - Managing a team of Area Managers, and other operations staff.  - Working on a customer centric approach, talking to dissatisfied customers, thus responsible for ensuring each customer is happy and satisfied.  - Formulating a merchandising and marketing plan for each store on the basis of locality, tier, and spending capability of a franchisee partner and retail space.  - Meeting potential Franchisee partners and property experts and closing deals after regular and positive follow ups.  - Review, track, analyze and communicate actual performance plan, forecast and quota across areas.  - Allocating leads, tracking and monitoring the work of each team member along with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.  - Hiring, training, motivating and retaining sales employees and optometrist for various company and franchisee stores in the area.  - Ensuring the effective management of all retail staff that is Store Manager, Optometrists, and Sales executive and support staff.  - Ensuring regular tours to all areas to check on ground realities and implementing corrective measures.  - Working closely with the Merchandising team and ensuring stock discipline across store.  Salary range - 8-10 LPA
