Job Profile:
- To plan and execute specific measures and actions in the market place to achieve the planned volume (both activation and revenue) for the year through robust sales and distribution system is in place to service the market.
- Handling a diverse team of Territory Sales Managers across geography - driving business and targets through planning.
- Responsible for Revenue Earning Customer ( REC) Net additions in market.
- To develop a robust and motivated distribution system.
- To achieve Customer Market Share objectives.
- To maximize share of Gross/Net Adds.
- To develop Trade schemes for retail engagement.
- To ensure Profitability of sites.
- To implement a quality business management system.
- To develop Automations for growth of business.
- To ensure appointment of Quality channel.
- To ensure channel satisfaction scores as per agreed norms.
- To plan according to feedbacks from the market for continuous improvement of services.
- To Ensure compliance in documentation for new acquisitions in Prepaid.
