Rapid changes in technology and the growing presence of European OEM's in India, has accelerated the shift from shops to workshops especially in the car space . With India being a focused market for major OEM's. This space has been identified as a significant contributor in delivering our WILG aspirations. The Workshop Space has a core focus to attract and retain - quality business, which delivers required profitability along-with desired market reach. This is a key position within the India Automotive Business, responsible for delivering our key objectives in the Franchised workshop space for the eastern region, India. Accountable for achievement of sales value, gross margin & successful execution of key marketing programmes thus ensuring we increase share across all OEM's channels and maintain leadership. Coaching and mentoring of team will be a key attribute of this job.  Key accountabilities :  - To build customer relationships at ground level as well as strategic levels with both existing and potential new key customers in the sales area including territory counterparts of OEM's.   - To develop compelling offers based on gainful customer insights which results in a Win-Win deal and is in tune with laid out policies and guidelines outlined for the channel.   - To lead the DB for decision-making regarding customer management, its operations and business results for the key accounts handled.   - To meet and exceed sales goals and gross margin objectives for this channel, specifically focused on growing share of synthetics portfolio.   - To ensure that you operate in a manner that meets with the HSSE requirements of the organization. To also act as a champion of HSSE when dealing with customers.   - To provide continuous inputs to his team and develop their skills in Negotiation, networking, Technical and commercial areas   - To monitor and manage the business in a proactive manner and ensure that territory delivers performance within the framework of laid down financial policies.
