Our client, US MNC FMCG company is looking for an Area Manager - South India, based out of Chennai to handle Pharma/OTC channel sales. This is a regional role.  Responsibilities:  - To conceptualise and execute the Pharma Go-to-market for the specific region to strengthen	brand presence in the Retail environment / Channel.  - To manage execution of sales, distribution and promotion strategies in pharma channel by collaborating with the sales officers with a view to achieving targeted numeric & weighted distribution and Sales Volumes and values targets.  - To coach, train, monitor and evaluate the field team so as to enable them to achieve business objectives.  - Effectively implement trade promos and visibility budgets to achieve greater impact across pharma channel.  - Track coverage of pharma & related Retail Environments/Account.  - Analyse & rectify distribution/coverage gaps and prioritise accounts for effective visibility.  - Improve coverage and distribution in pharma channel.  - Build strong relationships with pharma /wholesale stockist and with the rest of the sales team.   - Focus on working on collaborative working with all external and Internal customers.  Requirements:  - MBA/PGDM with 4-7 yrs experience in FMCG- OTC division or Pharma Industry.   - Strong understanding of sales processes, systems and Chemist retail environment.   - Exposure to customer/stockist management/Pharma Whole-sale partners   Contact:  Anish Shah | PeopleZ HR  Mobile: +91-7666546688 Connect with me on Linkedin: http://in.linkedin.com/in/anishs  Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/PeoplezHr  Join FMCG in India group (20k+ members) on Linkedin
