Key Assignments/Initiatives :

- Effective Distribution Management.

- Increasing the secondary sales, i.e. from the distributor point to the retailers and subsequently primary sales by opening up of new counters and increasing the productivity in the already existing counters.

- Improving the width and depth of distribution.

- Appointing new dealers and distributors wherever required.

- Continuously motivating and directing sales team towards increasing market penetration and achieving goals.

Candidate Requirement :

From : Gujarat Market work experience is a must

- FMCG Company work experience is a must
