- Maximizing store revenue and profitability
- Smooth overall operations
- Customer experience and handling grievances
- Cafe Cleanliness
- P&L of the cafe
- Food cost control
- Staff scheduling Staff handling and grievance resolution
- Hiring
- Working with the landlord
- Equipment maintenance
- Cafe maintenance
- Daily cash and stock reconciliation and reporting
- Dry item inventory
- Vegetable inventory and ordering Company tie-ups
- Supply coordination with central kitchen
- Health and safety audits
- Stock management
- Change management
- Petty cash management
- Disposable stock management
- Daily stock & cash handover sheet check
- Opening-closing checklist execution
- Daily handover sheet finalization
- Cash being checked on daily basis for previous day before bank deposit
