Area Head - Consumer Care (3-5 yrs)
Job Profile :
Channel Management:
- Managing key dealers, Understanding of dealer behavior, Conversion of competition dealer, Growth at a dealer counters.
- Planning & Execution - Monthly plan: Territory wise, Dealer wise planning, Security Deposit planning, New dealer appointment plans, Predefined Journey Planning for Territory Leaders .
Commercial :
- Understanding of policies, schemes, incentives and overdue analysis.
- Logistics & Forecasting - Understanding of forecasting process, Allocation of stock from RDC to CFA, Stock follow up, Maximization of stocks.
Monthly Reporting:
- Understanding of Monthly Review, All possible reports (collection and presentation), Understanding MIS (usage).
- Understanding of category wise potential & growth opportunities : Category wise promotion planning,organization of customer meets, Grabbing market share.
Candidate Requirement :
MBA from Top 15 B-School only apply
U.P state experience is a must
