AGM - Sales
Purpose of the Role :
- Leverage technical and management skills to achieve through others the successful completion of projects to meet business needs, and to take charge of expanding and maintaining our existing customer base
Role Description :
- Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget for approval covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Retail Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues
- Review enquiries on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with Sales team
- Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan
- Design & Submit MIS format for tracking and compliance against sales plan
- Conduct reviews of Sales team on weekly basis
- Conduct sales trainings for improving their functional & non-functional skills.
- Submit periodic market intelligence report on Market trends, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices
- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches
- Assume administrative control for Retail Business Vertical.
- Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Retail Business Vertical.
- Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company.
- Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding company/vertical vision, values, processes and policies.
