Area Business Manager - Startup

A young but well established start up company based in Mumbai is looking out for young Area Business Managers to be based all over India.

Skills required: Strong problem solving skills, strong leadership & influencing abilities, strong in extracurricular activities other than academics, strong in organizing and executing activities / events

Key Responsibilities:

- Scout and shortlist Principal Business Associates

- Monitor sales and operations in the allotted districts

- Monitor BTL execution

- Provide inputs of the local market

Education: B.Tech/ MBA from renowned Institutes

Age Bracket: upto 28 yrs.

Skill sets: Good communication skills, good negotiation skills, franchisee management

Other requirements: Preferably born and brought up/work experience in a Tier 3 town.

This role would give a very high exposure & learning for young and exceptional candidates in terms of understanding and cracking the tier 2 and 3 markets. There is a massive scope for a very high growth potential.
