Area Business Development Manager - Ceiling & Flooring (4-7 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Procurement of orders by building up the business relationship with Architect, Project Management Consultant, Builders, Interior Designer and interior contractor.
- New project identification.
- Generating sales & Converting enquiry in to orders by meeting with Architects, Consultants and Contractors.
- Track the activities of competitors in the region.
- Handles Major customer account, Major Projects & customers within a defined territory / geographic location.
- Implementing sales promotional activities, promoting the brand through Architects, Interior Contractors.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
Candidate Requirement :
- Candidates from Building Material industry only preferred ( Elevator / Escalators / Lifts / Window fittings / Lighting / Construction Chemical / Security Solution Cos / Glass / Ceiling / flooring / Sanitary ware.
Education: BE / BTech
Location : Bangalore City experience is a must
