Job Description:
Must have extensive experience in Pega Architecture and have worked on Standardized estimation tools
Good experience in Identify, Document & Realize use cases for re-use and Plug & Play data adaptors
Thought leadership- Apply Best Practices & Build CoE for Pega Initiatives
Should be able to drive Workforce transformation via Team Enablement
Good experience in Solutioning/ Presales
Must be able to work with CoE's to conceptualize and realize Customer POC's in Digitization and Analytics space.
Build PEGA capability within the organization
Support client visits
Well versed in Agile - Scrum and Waterfall SDLC
