Net/ C#/ SQL Server ) @ Gurgaon, India  Our client is into designing and launching of high frequency trading platforms and they would like to fill the following position asap.   - Exposure to design and architecture of high frequency/ high volume trading/ ecommerce websites is mandatory.  Position: Architect ( .Net/ C#/ SQL Server ). Would be designated as Director - Technology  Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field from a Tier 1 college (Only IITs/ NITs/ BITS/ IIITs/ Other Tier 1 colleges being considered)  Experience: 8 - 12 years of technical experience of designing, developing of high-frequency/ high-volume trading platforms or eCommerce sites. Must be hands-on with technology and development.  Location: Gurgaon  Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience. Your current CTC should be > 25 L per annum to qualify.  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile:  - Candidate will lead a team of highly qualified software developers/engineers using agile/SCRUM methodology. Maintain systems and establish processes that would enable the business to run effectively.  - Create, evangelize and execute on the system architecture.   - Participate as a leader to define and implement the vision for high frequency trading systems. Continually improve and optimize the product development process.   - Help design and develop high frequency, ultra-low latency trading platform. Collaborate with external vendor resources, including help with selection of trading products.   - Set and manage expectations, communicate and execute goals within timelines  - Candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in leading teams of technology developers and engineers and developing software products and technologies.   - History of strong leadership and ability to maintain a collaborative culture. Previously managed, mentored, motivated and grew a mature and goal-driven engineering team. BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field for top tier college.   - Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Nice to have Agile/Scrum experience. Comprehensive knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, Visual Studio.   - Familiarity with financial and trading domain is useful but not mandatory. Passionate about building world class products, expect to be hands-on, with ability and will to get into the details. Excellent written and oral communication skills.   - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated individual - high energy, high activity levels.
