Architect - Mobility Platform - IT Services (12-23 yrs)

MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.

We have an opportunity for an Architect- Mobility in Mumbai/ Bangalore for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company

Requirement:

- Candidate should be hands on digital/mobility, at least 1-2 tools.

- Should be strong enough to provide solutions to clients, Define Architecture, Frameworks, RFP/RFI, delivery

- Must be strong enough into Integrating Mobility platforms with SAP/CSD stacks.

- Strong web integration/Process integration EAI/UI/UX experience

Job Description :

Must have:

- Implementation experience with at least 2 of digital / Mobility technologies & methods like User Centric design

- Experience of working with ~ 2-3 years with Indian clients, apart from global / offshore experience

- Experience of integrating at least one of major technology stacks ie, SAP / Oracle / CSD

- At least 1 MEAP platforms experience (for - 2 years)

- Strong UI / Webservices / DB experience (beyond awareness)

- Ability to solve technical issues during implementation

Desirables:

- Some experience of participating / conducting business / technology workshops

- Ability to architect solutions / build plan / estimates

- Build consensus amongst stakeholders

Primary Skills:

- Strong Project delivery and handling client projects

- Technical knowledge of Mobile application platforms and development - Android, IOS and middleware platforms

- Good understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design

- Quality and Process adherence

- Presales/Solutioning/Proposals/Business Development

Client Management Responsibilities:

- Leading the entire Delivery team. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.

- Handling client visits, proposals, presales pitches

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Effectively applies company's methodology and enforces project standards.

- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

- Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization. Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.

- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project. Effectively conveys company's message in both written and verbal business development discussions.

- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively. Sets and manages client expectations. Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.

- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
