Over a seven year period, we have grown to a team of over 250 people and expect to double over the next year.   Candidate Profile:  - CA rankers, CFA’s or MBA’s from top tier institutes.  - Experience in Valuation services/ Equity research would be preferred  - Top notch analytical and communication skills  - Strong finance knowledge, valuation modelling capabilities and writing skills  - Knowledge of DCF analysis and market approach for valuation  - Self starter and highly motivated.  Key Responsibilities:  This is a position where in the selected candidate will be responsible for initiating, executing and delivering quality business appraisals/ valuation modelling solutions to the discerning global clients.  - It would include understanding project specs, overseeing deliverable preparation and production, direct & extensive interaction with clients.  - Key aspect here would be to take ownership of responsibilities and work in close co-operation with senior level staff.  - Address specific client research requests and prepare diagnostic/strategic analysis studies / thematic white papers.  - Preparation of research notes on companies / sectors / themes as mandated by the clients.  - The select candidates would be expected to play active role in internal process development.  Opportunities for growth:   Given that ARANCA is a fast growing entrepreneurial organization, the person’s growth would be largely determined by individual initiative and zeal.
