We are a trusted market research partner to over 700 global companies including, Enterprises, Consulting firms and Law firms.  Candidate Profile:  - MBA's from top tier institutes.   - 3-5 years- experience, preferably in finance research, or related areas such as consulting or analytics oriented jobs.  - Should have some background in equity research or researching stocks/ sectors, exposure to U.S / Global markets.  - Even some experience in a hedge fund/ mutual fund etc would do.   - Good communication skills especially should be able to write well and also capable of independent client communication.  - Well conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)   - Top notch analytical and communication skills   - Self-starter and highly motivated.   Key Responsibilities:  - Play a leadership role to manage and execute research projects for various clients. Projects could encompass a breadth of area such as;   - Performing industry and competitor analysis through secondary and primary research.  - Market intelligence - Preparing detailed reports and providing detailed information, analysis and insights on market sizing, market structure, trend analysis, identification of market drivers, competitive landscape. Strategic Opportunity mapping using white space analysis, peer comparison.  - Company Profiles - Profiling companies and analyse the same on the basis of size, company structure, recent developments, strategy and SWOT   - Would be responsible for developing internal methodologies and helping in developing training modules and process improvement initiatives   - Operational responsibility for project teams, including QA on projects, ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys   - Manage client relationships- Project brief, updates and assist management team in identifying / developing opportunities to grow the relationship.  Key Skills   - Would be expected to demonstrate expertise in few industry sectors or areas of research.   - Would have strong project management skills, time management skills and the ability to balance several tasks / projects at once.  - Would be highly detail oriented  - Would have strong work ethic  - Would have exceptional writing skills   - Would have a - do what it takes to fulfill client requirements- attitude - which could include working to aggressive deadlines, managing team issues etc.  Sonali Pandya
