We are looking for a person who can help us scale up our business in the UK/US Region  Job Specification:  Position: Manager - Business Development - Hunter Role (Procurement Vertical)  Location: Mumbai  Reporting to: Head - Global Sales  Key Responsibilities:  Business planning:  - Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market  - Set targets at an annual level and quarterly level, in consultation with senior management.  - Developing an action plan to achieve targets  Building new client relationships:  - Identify and target new clients across industries for our Procurement research vertical  - Engage clients on research opportunities and close business deals by facilitating discussions with the client and internal delivery teams as necessary  - Build referral and lead generation network  Managing and growing accounts:  - Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts  - Build long term relationships with broader set of client teams within the client organization to strengthen the overall relationship  - Set and manage targets for growth of client accounts  Identifying new business ideas:  - Identify new areas for research support and working with the delivery teams to pilot and commercialize these ideas  Position Requirements:  Functional Requirements:  - Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute  - Candidates must have prior experience in business development and need to be flexible to travel overseas to build broader business where needed.  - Experience in the Global market, of 3-5 years is essential, with an overall experience of 8-12 years  Soft skills & Behavioral skills:  - Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Aranca are captured and explored.  - Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s by generating leads, asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients needs and matching with a tailored solution.  - Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting and cold calling.
