A. Job Title - CEO

B. Reporting to - Board of Directors

C. Job content - He will be responsible to develop Jaipur Tourism City – a venture of Appughar spread over 300 acres and manage it professionally with dedicated professionals. He will be responsible to complete the project on agreed time and within agreed budget. Some of the features this property which is already under development will have the following:-

a) Amusement Park
b) Water Park
c) Golf Course
d) Adventure Park
e) Resorts
f) Villas
g) Food Hub
h) Retail Mall
i) Entertainment Zone

D. Salary - Negotiable (40-50 L)

E. Job Accountability and Responsibilities:

Must hold CEO designation currently

1. Provide the required linkage between the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team, and provide them with adequate information to carry out their responsibilities.

2. Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.

3. Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.

4. Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc).

5. Set departments' high-level goals, objectives and plans and work with them on attaining such goals by closely monitoring their operations.

6. Review the operating results of the company & compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

7. Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of all executives are clearly defined and understood.

8. Periodically review and check the performance of the Executive Management Team and recommend remedial action and improvements.

9. Act as the principal public relations officer of the company and represent them with major customers, government entities, the financial community, and the public.

10. Delegate some responsibilities to appropriate executives in order to ensure smooth running of the company.

11. Recruit, develop, manage and motivate executives and employees reporting to him.

12. Project Management, Supply Chain, Technical & Financial Due Diligence, Technical Specifications, Financial Planning & Fund Management, Site Progress Monitoring, Business Development, Branding & Marketing, Sales Development.

13. Liaison with top authorities, government agencies, ensure permits and approvals through statutory provisions and SOP's.

F. Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. B.Tech/B.E., MBA from reputed institute.

2. Must have financial and administrative experience at the highest level.

3. Should have minimum of 15 - 20 years experience including as project head of a township of similar nature preferably in real estate and service industry.

2. Professional expertise, financial orientation, self starting initiative, cross cultural awareness, organization astuteness and team spirit.

3. Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.

4. Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.

5. Excellent communication, liaison, risk management, and people management skills.
