JOB DESCRIPTION:

With a significant growth program ahead for our Multi National business, we seek a talented Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

Working as part of a closely knit team, and reporting to the General Manager - Australia, you will be responsible for the review and negotiation of a range of commercial contracts while providing general legal advise on various matters.

- Will work closely with sales and project teams, both domestically and internationally.

- Will provide advise and support in matters of law relating to: Service agreements, alliances, engineering, insurance, and intellectual property rights.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

- Outstanding English communication skills

- Role suits a tertiary qualified lawyer, either from a boutique or mid-tier firm, with three to five years" experience in the ICT, Software, Engineering or commercial law fields.

- Good knowledge of US, Australian, and Indian legal system

- Works with minimum supervision and should be individual contributor.
