Roles & Responsibilities
- 16+ years of telecom industry/Domain experience providing Telecom Solution Architecture BSS/OSS solutions, Consulting, Contract/Revenue Assurance, Business Process Engineering, Delivery Management, Billing, Order Fulfillment and Product Catalogue.
- Should be familiar in working with US, UK and European based clients.
- Possess skills in cementing relationship with corporate clients for generating & augmenting business as well as implementing solutions with an aim to improve customer contentment.
- Excellence in revamping the quality & efficiency of the delivery line by using/developing the right tools and work Procedure .
- Pre-sales experience on large value deals including client presentations, interacting with the CIOs and senior customer executives, designing overall solution for the customer.
- Lead and delivered complete large BSS/OSS transformations with global clients.
- Self-motivated enthusiastic achiever with good communication skills in applying technology to business provides value ads, ensuring timely project deliveries.
- Proficient architect who envisions functional, non-functional and technical perspectives to develop best of the breed solution
- Skillful in managing overall profitability of operations & ensuring for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
- Skilled in proactively identifying & resolving problems, ramping up project activities with on time deliverables and maximizing efficiency.
