Job Title: Command Center Lead
Exp Range : 8 to 12 years

Purpose of the Job
Command Center Lead is responsible for driving smooth running operations for the capability centers and in turn drive value
The objective of this job is:
- defining the right methodologies and strategies regarding Business KPI's & SLA monitoring through the Command Center. The method has to be replicable to all zones services
- to steer & lead the business KPI value. The aim is to drive value creation and focus on the KPI's that are linked to the End to End Transformation
- to integrate the one WoW with the Business KPI projects and NOCC strategy
- to come with common platforms to replicate in other zones

Main challenges of this job are:
- steer the Governance of business KPI's. Implement new ideas, value drivers. Communicate with the zones on value creation. Implement new ideas
- detailed design and implementation of the Business KPI strategy to drive value
- Work with analytics, vendors whe can help us to come with the next new thing
- Think out of the box, be able to implement all the ideas so operations can extract value out of it.
Accountabilities
Business KPI manager is accountable for:
- Own everyday Command Center operations - Ensuring daily deliverables are met, SLA and KPI management, driving continuous service improvement, drive business results- etc.
- the implementation & design of the Command Center strategy in line with client satisfaction to drive business priorities.
- the management on the global implementation of the business KPI strategy
- Link to E2E. All implementation of tools, analytics needs to be linked to the E2E transformation
- Keep the knowledge, methodology and the documentation updated
Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education:
- MBA/1st Tier University degree level
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Business Administration/ Economics/ Statistics
- Engineering
Experience:
- Anaytical mindset/experience
- Change management
- Project management on Global Transformational and multi-disciplinary projects/programs;
- Process re-engineering and implementation;
- Global Transformation business projects
Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Analytical skills
- Ability to influence and shape ideas into implementation plans/ programs;
- Technology and Vendor assessment/ management
- Strong process improvement background
- Project management
- Partnership development and negotiation skills - deal shaping skills
