Role: Analytics Manager (Budget upto 30 +L or open for right candidate)

Skills:

- Project Management/ Account Management

- R or SASD

- Python

- SQL / Teradata / Hive / Spark

- Regression / Multinomial regression / Logistic Regression

- Multinomial logit

- Integrated forecasting using GLM / Mix Models

- Optimization using Simulated Annealing / Genetic Algorithms

- Different types of simulations and simulations software

- Cluster Analysis

Experience: About 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in analytical roles, implementing projects end-to-end

- Prior experience of leading multiple teams and engaging multiple stakeholders

- CPG experience preferred but not mandatory

Education:Masters degree or

Phd in Statistics / Applied Statistics / Economics / Econometrics / Operations Research or any other quantitative analysis

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Manager will be the CEO of the team(s) he is managing. Candidate would be directly responsible for the team's outcomes and should show high level of ownership.

Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate with business stake holders and GAC leadership to identify pipeline of high impact projects, assess complexity and commit outcomes to stakeholders.

- Work with the teams to provide direction, explain the business aspect of the problem and provide thought leadership on emerging statistical techniques, algorithms, etc

- Play the role of a people manager, taking care of team members- needs and motivations and target maximum retention

- Work with GAC leadership to determine budgets, resources, etc and enable the team deliver within those constraints

- Work with GAC leadership and global IT team to continuously evolve the analytics platform
