Compliance Manager  The job purpose shall be to Create and implement compliance advisory support for the organizational multiple service partner network  KRA's :   - Implement effective compliance risk management framework for the organization  - Create support framework for digital/E commerce activities and their regulatory compliance for the enterprise, in collaboration with Operations and IT Teams  - Develop an appropriate compliance communication strategy and facilitate the effective implementation across Apps Daily. Also, responsible for roll-out of compliance policies, processes and standards as part of operating framework for ensuring adequacy of mandatory and general compliance.   - Continuously improve a consistent operating framework for the identification, measurement, monitoring and reporting of compliance risks and issues.   - Ensure the operating framework meets internal and external statutory requirements.  - Investigate and assess suspicious transaction alerts for potential money laundering risks; ensure early identification and monitoring of suspicious activities and transactions, client questionnaires; prepare weekly and monthly reporting dashboards.  - Promote a robust compliance culture throughout AD and assist business units and business enabling units to comply with applicable statutory, regulatory and supervisory requirements.   - Ensure that internal policies do not contravene current and/or proposed law, rules and regulations.  a) Monitor non-compliance if any, and the policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently across business units.   b) Evaluate new laws, regulations and regulations and their impact on AD managed payment systems.  - Liaise effectively with individual risk management groups and internal audit on risk related issues, as well as non-compliance with internal policies, processes, guidelines, laws, rules and regulations.
