A Real Estate Company based out of Noida is looking for Head of sales.  Experience - 5-10 Years in Real Estate Sales in Noida Residential market.  Major Responsibilities:  - Manage and lead a team of 10-20 real estate agents.  - Achieve revenue targets through Sale/Purchase of residential units to customers.  - Business Development activities and formalization of sales strategies for sourcing of new projects.   - Relationship management with various existing for providing complete solutions to their real estate requirements sale, purchase, advisory.  - Relationship Management with existing client base through regular interactions.  Expected CTC: 15-20 L per annum (Salary not a constraint for exceptional candidates).  Requirements:  - The candidate should be from a real estate background in Noida Area.  - Should have managed a team of atleast 5 agents.  - Should have been responsible for P & L of his or her team.
