Designation:West MRD (Manu, Retail and Distribution) or Non BFSI Head

Experience: 14-20 years

Location: Mumbai

- Min 14-15 years of work experience in West Region with extensive background in handling Enterprise customers and diversified conglomerates. Candidate should have strong communication & interpersonal skills. Consulting stint would be added advantage though not a ‘must have’.

- Candidate should have worked for fewer cos., especially in the later part of the career. Candidate should be hands-on, carry sound understanding of the Western market, should be comfortable connecting and interacting with C level execs and should have large deal management experience. Existing people manager is an added advantage but not a ‘must have’.
