Roles & Responsibility:  - Monitor Daily Movement, Inventory and Distribution and accountable for P&L  - Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match  - Identify Consumer need gaps in FMCG/Pharma and convert them into powerful Business opportunities and Branding them under Pvt Label Brands and End to End Sourcing to production.  - Responsible for Sourcing to Retailing and Balance sheet & Profitability of the Category  - Align each product line around Company direction, choices and tactics  - Negotiate Margins and Terms of Trade with contract Manufacturers and close commercials on Margins/Credit Days/Quality specification of the product  - Collaborate with R&D, Quality, External Agencies on Packaging and Launch the Product as per the product specifications  - Ensure products meet all brand filters, design aesthetic, quality and financial goals  - Demand Forecast and planning of production with vendors as per demand Forecast  - Monitor and analyze detailed information regarding inventory, sales and pricing  - Work with Vendors to achieve appropriate quantities(minimum base quantities) on purchase orders to achieve optimal pricing while minimizing risk  - Create yearly calendar for overall product development  - Design and implement various promotional activity to drive the trails and increase the PL contribution in the branches and manage Resources and Budget   - Monitoring Competitor activities in the market and take corrective measures to increase he sale and brand value  - Develop, implement and maintain day-to-day operations designed to ensure the compliance with Government regulations while providing efficiency in operations and use of resources  - Work closely with all the regional heads and support them on business requirement of PL  Qualification & Skillset:  - Master's degree in Business, Retail/FMCG or related field required  - 10+ years- experience in Private Label development of FMCG products of any retail organization  - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management  - Sound knowledge defining and exceeding KPIs  - Highly entrepreneurial self-starter and manager/coach  - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking  - Self-starter, quick learner, high attention to detail and critical decision-maker  - Highly creative, able to think outside the box  - Fluency in English and Hindi  Work Week: Mon - Sat (6 days/week)  Company Profile:  Apollo pharmacy is a leading retail chain of pharmacy and is a unit of - Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. - Asia's largest healthcare group.
