- To develop & implement a roadmap for customer lifecycle management  - To develop campaigns & schemes to engage customers & measure their effectiveness  - To manage the App's lifecycle: structure, design, UI/UX, promotion, customer experience management & product improvisation  - To identify, develop & product manage Cross Biz Service Offerings  - To dovetail customer experience for enhancing the Services & Apps  - To develop, strategize & own the targets for Services & App downloads  - To handle customer message management systems: websites, email, SMS, snail mail, social media management & App communication  - To manage the brand - One Apollo- and ensure high customer recall  - To handle Ad agency and develop, plan & distribute marketing collaterals  - To undertake market research as and when required  - To work with other organisations for co-branding and/or joint marketing for the group  Candidate Profile:  - Experience in marketing of customer facing businesses (B2C) predominantly into services marketing, Customer campaigns, customer experience management & product management is a must.   - Should have handled the UI/UX of an App and interfaced with Tech, Business & Vendors to enable the App.  - Experience in Healthcare services is a plus but not essential.  Work Week: 5- day week (alternate Saturdays off)   Travelling: As per Business requirement
