Job Description

Chief Manager - Strategy & Distribution Management

Bancassurance& Partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Account Management :

1. The incumbent candidate will be the face of Apollo Munich for all the Banks and Partners head-quartered out of the respective Zones and anchor all account management activities along with the PRM and Claims team

2. Execution of a multi-layered engagement plan with the Banks and Partners and engage with the internal zonal teams for an effective roll-out

3. Responsible for execution of agreed Governance plan with the Partner by aligning internal teams

Business Planning & Performance management :

1. Key account management of all the Banks and Partners head quartered out of the respective Zones

2. Business planning at the Corporate level of the Banks and Partners in line with the Organisation's growth strategy and ensuring roll-out of the plan by the Banks and partners to their Branches

3. Design R&R plan by Bank and Partner in consultation with the respective partner teams and manage the end to end execution of the campaign in terms of development of campaign teasers/ communication and other marketing interventions taking help from the internal marketing team, publishing results in co-ordination with the internal MIS team, mid-term assessment of the effectiveness of the campaign and identifying a re-course strategy to ensure effectiveness of the campaign. Would also be responsible to ensure timely fulfillment of the R&R to the partner and host felicitation meets/ conventions within internal and external compliance guidelines

4. Assess and develop market or partner specific marketing campaigns in co-ordination with the internal marketing team and that of the partner

5. Content creation & Communication in collaboration with marketing, product, operations, claims for the Partners and Customers

6. Analyse business trends and performance across geographies of the partner, identify low performing units and initiate a corrective action plan through the Corporate Office team of the partner and review progress

7. Identify training and development needs of the Partner and our internal team in terms of product knowledge and skilling and develop a training charter by Bank and ensure execution

Channel Development :

1. Identify & launch new products & channels with Banks & Partners

2. Driving Best practice e.g. Disha equivalent for B & P

3. Drive Technology initiatives e.g. AMS

4. Identify new initiatives / innovation that enable channel growth
