- To ensure NIL Revenue leakage will be captured on time  - To ensure credit control on outstanding, should be within the approved credit days  - Working capital requirement will be maintained as per the target  - To ensure all the customer contract will be in place and valid  - Maintain revenue reconciliation with volume handled  - Maintain Bank reconciliation on daily basis  - To ensure that all the statutory payment/Return like VAT, TDS, WCT, Service Tax, etc will be deposited/Submitted in time  - Preparation of assets schedule on monthly basis  - Ensure Audit (internal and statutory) is completed on time as per schedule and preparing schedule VI and Form 3CD for Tax audit  - Prepare risk analysis and continue monitoring  - Process improvement for operating and Accounting system and setting up of standards and SOP  - Working to improve the control maturity rating  - Timely Customer profitability analysis and feedback to management by first week of next month
