APAC Head of Compensation & Benefits - Global Analytics Firm

Our client is a $10bn USD group that specializes in research information and analytics. They are looking for a APAC C&B Lead to be based in either Delhi NCR / Mumbai and manage end to end C&B for the region.

This role reports directly into the Global head of C&B and functions as a COE. This is an individual contributor role and offers high visibility in the global team.

Reporting into the global Head of HR, you will work closely with the country HRBP's to drive the compensation agenda for the region and will be directly responsible for:

- External benchmarking of the organization's pay across key APAC countries

- Job evaluation, analysis of market data and market reference ranges

- Communicating the compensation philosophy/any changes and analyses

- Manage/coordinate the use of web-based tools used for salary review and incentive process management; modeling for calibration and decision support, auditing and reporting using HRIS tools (Peoplesoft) and support outcome delivery through communications, workshops and training

- Manage and maintain the classification of roles as well as the regional incentive listing, and provide all data required

- Provide market data guidance in support of the annual merit increase cycle

- Develop and maintain salary ranges across the region

- Review proposed changes to compensation packages and components bonuses for conformance to policy, internal equity and external benchmarking

- Participate in third party compensation & benefits surveys as needed

- Maintain data on company benefits across APAC and benchmark externally to ensuring competitiveness

- Interface with APAC SSC teams to ensure data for benefit programmes are captured in PeopleSoft

The Successful Applicant:

You will come with 8-15 years of experience with at least 4 years in a regional C&B role. Exposure to APAC markets, including but not limited to at least 2 of the following markets is required - China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia. Experience in Rewards consulting + Internal C&B is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with regional and global stakeholders is required.
