Overview/High-Level Responsibility Areas :
The candidate in this role is responsible for creating, curating and maintaining a repository of content for Learning Labs (programs) for client leadership journeys, both in-classroom and tech enabled (elearning/ mlearning). He/ she will work on creating new formal tech enabled content (with the vendor), add to existing resources of informal content, and enhance/ update/ upgrade classroom content. He/ she will provide support to project teams for making best use of the library of learning repository. The incumbent is expected to undertake various tasks associated with this.
Responsibility Areas :
- Will own the content repository.
- Provide support to project teams in deliveries and leverage on cross project learnings.
- Contribute in constant upgradation of content.
- Provide support in project deliveries for L&A.
- Be the custodian of learning content created/ curated.

Specialization Requirements :
- Proficient with technology
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
- Exposure to Instructional Design
Formal Education/Certification :
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in related discipline (Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Organizational Development, HR)
- M.B.A from any Tier B/Tier C institute.
Knowledge and Experience :
- 5-7 Years of relevant work experience.
- Keeping abreast of developments in related fields
Technical Skills :
- Excellent know how of MS Office
- Basic understanding of learning technologies
Work Conditions :
- Will need to coordinate with various project teams
- Need to be flexible for stretched working hours depended on project requirements
