Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per local GAAP & US GAAP standards

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

Research technical accounting issues for compliance

Support month-end and year-end close process

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Manage and comply with local, state, central & USA government reporting requirements and tax filings - including but not limited to service tax, income tax, STPI, EPF etc.

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Liaise with bankers for necessary working capital/ funding requirements & devise appropriate solutions for the same

Continue to streamline operations and enhance reporting package

Assist in the management of corporate liability insurance

Monthly MIS internal as well external reporting of CMA and bank reporting

Systems - Evaluating, deciding, designing and implementing financial systems and solutions like ERPs, business objects, analytics software in India and US etc

Desired Skills & Experience:

ICWA/CA - Intermediate or MBA/PGDM- Finance with minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role preferably in IT/ITES sector

Prior experience of using Tally, Advanced Excel & Quick books is a must.

Prior experience in FP&A, Budgeting, Treasury, MIS & Statutory compliance is a must

Understanding of US GAAP is mandatory

Proven capabilities and skills in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS reporting
