Antuit - Sales Executive (2-4 yrs)

Overview:

The sales team members will be involved with the entire organic sales funnel - responsibilities include researching clients, lead generation, setting up appointments, generating intelligence to aid discussions, preparation of appropriate collateral (with the assistance of other team members) for various meetings, facilitating client discussions, project manage contracting and final deal closure.

Experience (Years)

- 3-4 years overall experience in a BPO/ KPO or an organization that provides some services to an US client

- 1-3 years- experience in a sales capacity - with specific experience in lead generation, cold calling US clients

Specific Industry: Experience in an analytics sales or pre-sales environment engaging with US clients

Qualification : BE/MBA/ Bachelors or Masters in Commerce/ Statistics/Economics/OR with sufficient experience

Specific Skill Set:

- Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent risks

- Ability to work in a team environment - collaborate internally with a focus on getting the job done

- A good command over English (reading & writing) and the ability to converse freely and build a rapport over the phone

- Experience in an analytics sales or pre-sales environment engaging with US clients (preferred)

- Experience delivering analytics solutions (visualizations, modeling, etc) - preferred but not required. Ability to understand analytics & articulating its value to enterprises is key to being successful in this role

- Experience with Microsoft products, building PowerPoint presentations

Job Responsibilities:

- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest (via email/ cold calls)

- Articulate Antuit- s value proposition to decision makers and assess areas of interest

- Setup meetings/ high-level conversations with senior level executives

- Co-ordinate availability of appropriate internal team members and preparation of appropriate collateral

- Project manage the sales process, periodically report progress

- Role would require to work in US time zone (typical timings are 6 PM - 3 AM, or 8 PM - 5 AM IST)
