Job Responsibilities:  - Design, implementation, enhancements and support of Oracle Transportation Management and other TMS Solutions  - Perform requirement gathering & analysis, solution designing, testing, configuration and integration  - Deliver insights, reports and recommendations   Specific Skill Set:  - Techno-functional consultant experienced in implementing Transport Management Systems (e.g. G-Log/Oracle OTM) and 'Control Tower' type deployments for Logistics Service providers/4PLs/3PLs  - Technical skilled on the different OTM Modules  - Design TMS Solutions based on requirements.  - Implementation experience of Oracle Transport Management for 3/4PL's.  - Complex Implementation on OTM   - Integrated the OTM solutions with other ERP Modules such as Order, Purchasing, Supply Chain Applications, Warehouse Management, E-Business Suite and other ERP Solutions.  - Conduct Workshops for users  - Project Management skills  - Good problem solving skills  - Proficient in using MS Office  - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral  Experience (Years) :  Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience  Qualification : Masters (Preferred) / BE or B.Tech  Client Facing : Yes, would require to travel on ad-hoc basis as per project requirement  Note : We are looking experienced candidates on 4PL & Control tower specifically.
