Consultant - India Analytics Consulting

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

- Working closely with the CEO and the India Leadership team in identifying analytics opportunities in India

- Developing & executing marketing strategies to develop the India business

- Develop client specific sales pitches and proposals to win & grow the business

Project Delivery :

- Lead and deliver on engagements with the business in India

- Leverage the existing capabilities across the various analytics domains / practices and bring them to bear on client opportunities

- Manage a team of analysts / Sr. Analysts that would form the core part of the India delivery team

Client relationship :

- Build and grow client relationships that can ensure long term engagement opportunities for the Firm

Knowledge development :

- Codify solutions that has been delivered to clients and bring it to the global Practices for leverage in other client situations / geographies

Other roles and responsibilities :

- Facilitating joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level client partners

- Research solutions, frameworks and methodologies to address specific project needs

- Generating creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations

- Authoring and delivering high-impact presentations and plans

- Working closely with business units to implement recommendations

Job Requirements :

- 2 - 4 years of strategy or consulting experience in a consulting firm or a leading technology / Analytics company

- Must have account management experience and can build the client relationship for long term partnership

- Specific experience in Analytics Pilots / Projects

- Very strong understanding of business strategies and drivers with a major experience in at least one vertical of FMCG, Retail, Financial Services

- Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Drive for results and ability to learn on the fly

- Self-direction and motivation, and ability to operate independently

- Proficiency in leading and managing teams

- Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization & Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges

- Tier 1 MBA or equivalent work experience
