Antuit - Assistant Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA

Overview:

- Role would support accounting function in managing account receivables, general accounting and assistance in monthly close/MIS activities in a growing/ fast changing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

- Should be able to manage accounts receivables with little or no supervision.

- Preparation of Invoices, debtors accounting, debtors statements & reconciliations, follow up on client collections, Debtors ageing report, revenue recognition etc.

- General accounting- participate in month end close, Journals, rectifications, inter-company reconciliations, Capex accounting etc.

- Assist management in FP&A and MIS activities like budget vs actual analysis, cost management, Project/Client P&L activities.

Specific Skill Set:

- Good in accounting concepts/fundamentals

- Attention to details, good in internal stakeholder management.

- Accuracy and timeliness on deliverables

- Fair knowledge of MS Excel

- Reasonable communication skills (both verbal & written)

- Analytical bent of mind and initiative taking ability for future grooming into bigger roles.

Qualification:

Commerce graduate/ C.A (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter/final) or equivalent finance diploma

Specific Industry : IT/other service industry (except BPO)
