Anthill Ventures is a Speed Scaling Platform that helps startups #ScaleWithSpeed. For the last 2 years we have helped a number of our portfolio companies in this journey. One of the platforms we use to enable this is to drive Corporate Innovation Programs by curating co-innovation programs with Corporates and Startups. We do this by running accelerators, incubators, EIR programs and bootcamps specifically designed to help the ecosystem innovate faster and better.

We are looking for a smart Program Manager, based out of Hyderabad with a drive to making things happen. We offer an equally passionate and driven environment for the right candidate to accelerate their career.

Responsibilities

- Overall management and coordination of the accelerator or other innovation program and all key interventions that are part of the program.

- Business development and strategic partnership building with key partners in the eco-system

- Work with Marketing and Social Media folks to drive awareness

- Coordinate events within the accelerator program and sponsorship

- Post program reporting and analysis

Requirements

- Able to work independently and execution focused to get things done

- Team player and strong coordinating skills

- Creativity in getting things done

- Organized and detail oriented and also able to think about the big picture

- Understanding of technology startups or past experience in running or being in one is a plus

- Past experience in running incubator and acceleration programmes is a big plus, if not a must.
