Anthill Ventures - Investment Syndication Associate

- Identifying and engaging potential investment opportunities: Source, examine and assess business plans, company data, financial statements, risks and other indicators to determine if a startup is suitable for investment

- Due Diligence and Deal Execution: Research and analyze markets, market drivers and competitive landscape to assess the addressable market opportunity for startups. Understand and deep dive into a company's product, technology, business model, and metrics, and working to close an investment once the decision has been made to invest in a company.

- Deal Syndication Support: Creating pitch books and reach out to investors to raise funds for the startups we invest in. Reach out to (Call/Meet) investors to understand their investment thesis and their past investments.

- Valuation Analysis - Preparing valuation analyses to support our deal teams for investments and capital syndication
