Job Description:
Marketing Strategy (Planning, Implementation, Supervision): Partner & conceptualize brand positioning strategies and perform competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans in alignment of business objectives
Formulate Brand's Long Term strategy and further Design ""Annual Business Plan"" as per directives of Top Management in line with the overall business and organizational goals.
- Annual Business Plan to be based on predictive factors like Seasons/Events/Fixed touchpoints of Brand. Avenues like:
1) In Store Marketing
2) Print Media
3) Social/Digital Media (Still Ads or Videos)
4) Look Books/Brochures-
5) Fashion Shows
6) Radio Show
7) Mall Branding/Hoardings
8) Events
9) Direct Marketing
10) In- film Marketing
11) Celebrity Endorsements/ gifts
Propose and implement marketing strategies to increase Market Share and Brand Visibility for all ADIL Brands and Sub Brands.
Ensure that the top line and bottom line, and spread of the brand is achieved as committed in the Annual Business Plan
Provide direction to the marketing/sales team to bring about awareness amongst the customers, about various developments in the brand on time to time basis
Review on brand reach, brand campaign performance, visual merchandising, sales performance and customer satisfaction levels to ensure sales/marketing/retail strategy and direction is effective in delivering on business requirements
Responsible to re-energize the brand with completely new positioning, along with contemporary and premium
Marketing plan that appeals to all segments
Financial Management (Budgeting): Prepare Marketing Budget for next Calender Year Brand wise basis Past data, Market projections and Sales Forecast
Supervise Brand Marketing teams to Create Brand Spend Plan with exhaustive details on how much to spent on different platforms as per list mentioned in Point 1.
Supervise Brand marketing teams for MIS
Network Expansion: Develops area of operation through channel expansion and market development. Ensures the mapping of various socio-economic geographies to find out new and potential locations
Formulate strategy for Building new customer base; understanding customer demands and product/service desires; developing/maintaining appropriate price points
Brand Communication: Monitor competitive brand, communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally
Print Media/Social media/Other avenues - Overlook Designing of strategy for media blast along with Brand Marketing team and Communication Team.
Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports as per formats available"
People Development: Identify functional and behavioral areas of development in the team members, and send them for relevant trainings
Identify employees with good potential and groom them to take higher responsibilities
Provide feedback to all team members on time to time basis, so that there is continuous improvement in their performance as well as behavior
Have structured communication mediums and forums that would facilitate knowledge and information sharing with team members
