Qualification: MBA/CA
Experience: 7+ years of experience in a corporate access/corporate sales function in Banks, Asset Management Companies, Premium credit card companies - familiarity and established connect with CXOs/senior management.
Job Role :
1. Liaise with CXO/CHRO/Senior management of target corporates and share value proposition for their employees.
2. Run marketing campaigns to enhance awareness of AR DWM proposition amongst target clients incorporate.
3. Organise and deliver worksite to showcase AR Digital Wealth Proposition to Middle-senior management employees of these corporates
4. Lead a team of Relationship Managers and coach/guide them running worksites independently.
5. Drive conversion of worksite attendees and onboard clients onto the Anand Rathi Digital Wealth platform.
