Job Description:
Corporate strategy :
- Drive and execute corporate strategy across the Group.
- Provide insights to management on projects, policies, frameworks and business.
- Co-ordinate and drive business to ensure submission of business plans and review templates.
- Scheduling and creating a review framework with departments and critical functions of business.
Business process improvement :
- Manage process improvement measures that are critical to business.
- Analyze and suggest various business process improvement aligned to the overall strategy.
- Scan market practices and suggest ideas for improvement.
Management support :
- Prepare presentation and white papers for management from time to time.
- Create business scenarios in line with various management thought process
