Role : Head/Co-Head of Financial Sponsors Group / Private Equity Syndication)

- A suitable candidate must have a minimum of 12-15 years experience in the Investment Banking industry

- The candidate must possess strong relationships with private equity and mezzanine funds at senior level (preferably with decision makers)

- The candidate must have demonstrated ability to successfully source deal / business ideas from portfolios of private equity / mezzanine funds

- The candidate must have demonstrated the capability to lead a team for successful execution of private equity / mezzanine fund raising deals - salesmanship and deal structuring capability will be key attributes of such a candidate

- Must be self-driven and have the passion and ambition to succeed in a challenging business environment
