Anand Rathi Advisors is looking to expand its investment banking team. As part of this process, it is looking to hire an Associate / Associate Vice President, for their Investment Banking Division in Mumbai.   Role: Senior Associate/ Associate Vice President  Team: Consumer & Retail sector  Experience:  - Should have worked on at least 1 closed PE / M&A transaction in the last 12 months  - Experience in the consumer & retail space is preferable but not mandatory  Qualification:  - CA (preferably a rank holder) / MBA from a Tier1 B School only  Job Deliverable:  - Should be able to execute a deal independently   - Preparation of Pitch & Investor Materials (Pitch, Teaser, IM, Financial Models etc.)  - Client Management (Coordinating deal related information flow with company, auditors, lawyers etc.)
