Manager / Manager Talent Acquisition for the HR team. In this role you will be responsible for hiring and on-boarding top talent across all levels. You would be required to hire talent from top tier companies and campuses in the Financial Services space.  You will have to   - Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.  - Design and come up with innovative ideas and creative marketing strategies/campaigns to attract and recruit the best talent in the industry  Who should apply-   - You have worked in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role for at least 3 to 9 years in a Financial Services firm (Wholesale Banking) or a Recruitment Consultant or Head Hunter. Ideally experienced in hiring for Private Banking, Commodity & Currency Positions and Investment Banking.  - You have exceptional communication skills - written and spoken  - You should have a post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)  - Considerable experience with sourcing sources including portals, ads, consultants, social networking, conferences, headhunting etc.  - Well versed with and understand Financial Services and associated jargon.  - Ability to deliver an excellent pitch to potential candidates  - Experience with using social media like linkedin, facebook, Twitter, blogs etc
