Candidate should have goodunderstanding of AfterMarket Services across industries and in particularWarranty Management methods and approaches. Should have worked in the warranty analytics space and has fair understanding of the end to end warranty management process. Exposure and hands-on experience in reliability analytics/product quality analysis/ warranty analytics techniques like early warning/emerging issue detection, SQA (statistical quality analysis), root cause analysis, fraud analytics is critical.
Additionally, the role would require participating inclient discussions, developing new industry Point of Views (PoV), re-usable assets (tools) related to warranty management. Jointly work with other Accenture/ Client teams on project for quality delivery.
The work would require the following:
- Good understanding of the reliability analytics/product quality analysis/ warranty analytics/ After Markets Analytics
- Past experience with Reliability or Warranty or SQA Tools
- Experience of SAS, Rev R algorithms
- Appreciation of underlying business fundamentals in the supply chain, after market domain
- Good written and oral communication skills.
Mandatory Skills:
- Hands on experience withbest in class analytics tools- SAS, Rev R, SAP HANA
- Exposure to after-market packages like - Servigistics, SAS warranty analytics etc
- Data Analytics
- Proficiency with MS word, excel and PowerPoint
- MBA/Engineering / Statistics degree
- Minimum Experience 2~5 years
