Looking Candidates for an HR Solution Center
- Global Back Office Reporting/Analytics Specialist to join the Global Human Resources solution centre of an organisation.
- The Reporting and Analytics Representative will develop and maintain HR related systems and reports.
- Candidate should be able to use a variety of technology tools be able to generate, collate, analyzes and report on the service performance for the HR Solution Center.
- This includes tracking of all metrics for calls and transactions, SLA performance, and feeding up into the balanced scorecard reporting process.
Process customer requests for a variety of ad hoc / on-demand Human Resources reports with guidance from the HRSC Regional Front Office, which may include :
- Employee counts
- Incumbent lists (salary, grades, and job type)
- Data for trend analysis (promotions, demotions, or termination & location)
- Candidate searches
- Workforce distribution
- Develop and maintain user-defined reports and revise them for corrections, enhancements, or system environment changes
- Run tests to find errors and confirm reports meet specifications; analyze code to find causes of errors and revises as required
- Maintain automated report distributions and scheduled reporting runs
- Monitor the use of online and automated reports to determine continued usefulness and to add new reports to the list for automation
- Merge data from multiple sources / systems to meet interim and / or complex reporting needs
- Responsible for collation of all data to be used to report on HRSC service performance, including data from SAP SF, ServiceNow, and any interim spreadsheets used in processes
The candidate will need :
- Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors and Online Report designer (ORD) preferred
- Fluent in MS Excel and MS Access
- Client services focus
- Ability to analyze and evaluate report requests
