Position: Manager/ Senior Manager – Pharma Analytics

Company: Leading Management Consulting MNC

Experience : 7-12 Yrs

Location-Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop methodologies to support Analytical project execution for Pharma clients

- Ability to solution any analytics project in Pharma domain

- Supervise statistical models creation and other adhoc analysis to support clients

- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on

- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis

- Partner with client teams to understand business problems and marketing strategies

- Help to grow Pharma Analytics practice within Accenture Consulting

Supervisory Responsibilities:

- Drive creation of Value Offerings

- Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion.

- Performance management of the team

- Adhere to client SLA’s

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of overall experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis for Pharma

- Prefer candidate with hands on experience in building statistical models.

- Prefer candidate with marketing/ distribution experience. For SM 10+ years of experience will be required

- MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields or MBA (Preferred)

- A stint in business side (pre analytics experience) will be preferred

- Should have consulting skills/ project management experience

- Exposure to US Markets is preferred

- Strong ability to work in startup kind of environment

- Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners and drive initiatives

- Ability to tie analytic solutions to business/industry value and outcomes

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in SAS / SQL or any other statistical tool.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Basic understanding of statistics
