I am representing a Executive Search firm based in Noida and currently working on a important assignment with a leading Fortune 100 Management Consulting for the position of Manager / Sr.Manager Healthcare Analytics.
Experience- 8-15 years
Work Location - Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop methodologies to support Analytical project execution for Health/ Insurance clients
- Supervise statistical models creation and other adhoc analysis to support clients
- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
- Develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis
- Partner with client teams to understand business problems and marketing strategies
- Develop Health Analytics practice
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Drive creation of Value Offerings
- Manage a team of analytics resources to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion.
- Performance management of the team
- Adhere to client SLA’s
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of overall analytics experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis in a health/ insurance setting. Prefer candidate with hands on experience in building statistical models
- MS in Statistics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields; MBA helpful
- Should have consulting skills/ project management experience
- Exposure to US Markets is preferred
- Strong ability to work in startup kind of environment
- Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners and drive initiatives
- Ability to tie analytic solutions to business/industry value and outcomes
Technical Skills:
- Must Proficient in SAS / SQL
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
